41% of the businesses surveyed have frozen hiring because of Obamacare - Gallup Poll

From a Gallup Poll Summarized by CNBC: 

• 41% of the businesses surveyed have frozen hiring because of Obamacare
• 19% have reduced the number of employees as a specific result of Obamacare 
• 38% of the small business owners said they "have pulled back on their plans to grow their business" because of Obamacare 
• 5% think the law will actually lower healthcare costs 
• 13% believe the law will lead to an improvement in the quality of healthcare 

    The poll was taken by 603 owners whose businesses have under $20 million in annual sales.
