How Has the Congressional Budget Office Done in Forecasting Obamacare? Reasonably Well

Interesting little study from Commonwealth:

• CBO overestimated Obamacare enrollment by 30%; 
• It overestimated Marketplace costs by 28%; and 
• It underestimated Medicaid enrollment by 14%. 

Not too bad considering how incredibly difficult some of this can be to quantify.
